Another week is in the bag. I had a good one. Did you? I hope so. We killed it again at Trunk or Treat this year. It’s always fun when your costume is scary enough that little kids won’t come near you to get their candy. Enough about scaring children, let’s get into it!

What I’m Playing

Festival of the Lost has hit Destiny 2. Seeing how there’s a Halloween event in my favorite game, I am bound to play it. That is until Bungie nerfs certain activities for being too effective at giving out rewards. I’ve also begun exploring the more social side of FF XIV. It’s an interesting world inhabited by colorful people.

What I’m Watching

For our Friday movie night, we watched The Cat Returns with Cary Elwes. Studio Ghibli continues to impress our entire family. It’s sad to think we’re closing in on the last of their movies, but it’s been a fun ride. I don’t think there’s another animation studio that has consistently delivered such charming and magical movies.

Titans continues to drag out season 3 and at this point, I just want it to be over. The episodes linger and don’t really move the plot forward. It should have been wrapped up at least two episodes ago.
