Zero Lives - 2022/01/17
I’m gonna be honest; I’m feeling drained. This was a busy past week and I’m having a hard time pulling the words from the aether. A lot of my work has been guides or pieces that required a lot of fluff. I understand needing to meet a word count, but it was soul-crushing to write more than was absolutely necessary to convey a piece. Take the “How to Delete a Spotify Playlist” piece. A paragraph would sum that up. But here’s a spoiler, it’s a lot longer than that.
I’m feeling a little burned out is all. I’m not even sure if I should be sharing this with you. Does it make me seem more human? Or am I just bitching? Either way, you have my apologies.
For fun, I created more work for myself. I decided to buy a domain and build a website. Why? So I could review virtual clubs in Final Fantasy XIV. By all the gods old and new, that sounds so incredibly stupid to say. But, if you want to see my stupid project, here it is:
What I’m Playing
Monster Hunter Rise came out this past week. While I still prefer Monster Hunter World, Rise is still an enjoyable time. I think the most fun comes from starting fresh and going through everything with fresh eyes.
