I think this might have been my most productive week. A lot of projects are happening simultaneously. It’s turning out that the start of the month is my busiest. Despite feeling overwhelmed, I was able to stay on target. Today will be a big test of that as I have several big projects lined up over the course of the next 48 hours.

Also, I’m part of a magazine! Well, a digital magazine focused on the RP world in Final Fantasy XIV, but a magazine nonetheless. You should check it out!

What I’m Playing

Me and the wife are back together. Destiny 2 has taken over the bulk of my playtime. With the race to pump up power level and take on weekly content so I can cover it…I’ve been busy and loving every second of it. Well, that last bit is a lie. It took me over a week to beat the legendary campaign because of how damned difficult it was. Not even a challenging or interesting difficult. Just hard for the sake of being hard.

But yeah…everything else has been placed on the backburner for now.

What I’m Watching

Ghostbusters Afterlife was much better than anticipated. I had heard nothing but good things going into it, but still kept my expectations low. That said, the way they married the new characters and old while rehashing the first film’s big bad was expertly done. I always argued that the Ghostbusters video game released back in the Xbox 360 era was the perfect end, but maybe I was wrong.

I got a recommendation to start watching Eureka Seven. It was released at a time when I was most into anime, so despite being a first watch for me, there is some nostalgia at play. I love the art and animation thus far.
