Sorry! The long holiday weekend got away from me and I just realized that I didn’t get the newsletter out. So, here it is. Fresh from my keyboard to your eyes.
What I’m Playing
So much Destiny 2. With the most recent Season and Iron Banner having returned, it’s been super popular and newsworthy. I’ve been going hard at it and took down the latest dungeon in addition to rounding out my Titan’s Exotic collection.
As part of my Batman kick, I recently installed Arkham Knight. Despite being a seven-year-old game, it looks and runs wonderfully. I’d like to run through it in its entirety, but don’t know that I’ll devote the time to it.
What I’m Watching
So much Queer Eye. There’s a massive backlog building up of Obi Wan, Stranger Things, Love Death & Robots, and probably more I’m forgetting about. But I honestly don’t care. I’m thoroughly enjoying this series.
What I’m Reading
This seemed like a fit that made sense. I’ve been in a huge Batman kick lately thanks to the podcast series on Spotify. So I went ahead and downloaded the DC Infinite app and started reading through the 2016 Batman series. It’s a little jarring that there isn’t much interaction with the rest of the Bat Family and sometimes the story just drops because I can’t be bothered to look up the crossover issues.
That being said, for $8 a month, it’s giving me something to look at on my tablet that isn’t Reddit, so I’m thankful for that.
